Nice features, but touchscreen can be annoying

The HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One

Advantages: Wireless Printing, Setup was not difficult, Nice bells and whistles

Disadvantages: Touch screen is utterly unnecessary and a pain to use. It is slow and unresponsive at times.

I bought this printer at my local Costco at a discounted $130 for my new start into the real estate business.
So the print speed, quality, the wireless apps, etc don't matter much to me, just quality faxes and prints.

Here are its pros and cons:

Pros:
-Wireless Printing
-Automatic duplexing (double sided printing)
-Great photo quality
-Setup was not difficult.
-Nice bells and whistles (Web apps, printing from/scanning to a memory card)

Cons:
-Touch screen is utterly unnecessary and a pain to use. It is slow and unresponsive at times.
-Very glitchy. The first time I turned on this printer the touchscreen locked up on a black screen.
-Wireless features constantly fail. Perhaps it's just not perfectly compatible with Windows 7, but I can't get this thing to scan wirelessly at all. The printer disconnects after a while, and when that happens you need to yank out the power cord, re-plug, and re-boot.
-Slow boot time
-The printer software is incredibly slow.

Bottom Line:
Great features, but its constant hangs, disconnections, and errors make this a pain in the butt. Unless you find that it works perfectly with your computer, there are much better printers for the price.
